Performance, fashion and bodies on stage

Juan is fashionable is an experimental fashion happening that invites designers to explore alternative ways of presenting their pieces in collaboration with performance artists, forging direct links between art and fashion. Gender, identity, and desire are explored in all their complexity and theatricality, reclaiming fashion as a territory of vibrant experimentation.

Throughout the day, designers and artists collaborate on unique pieces that take shape as 12 living installations. The public freely explores the space while the performances unfold simultaneously, creating a journey through tableaux vivants that appeals to both emotion and attentive observation.

The event culminates when models and performers leave their positions and take to the streets: the asphalt becomes a runway and the fashion show transforms into a performance, turning the city into a  landscape and fashion into an open space for collective recreation. Various musicians and DJs accompany the experience with a musical selection in harmony with the pieces being performed.
