Cinema, noise and shared party

Hot Cinema celebrates interruptions, comments, and noise in the theater to transform the film experience into a true cinematic performance. This proposal stems from the desire to enjoy cinema through participation and creativity, opening paths for new ways of conceiving audiovisual projection.

Curated by La Juan Gallery, the project revisits iconic films etched in our collective memory, linked to childhood memories and moments that have shaped our identity. For each session, we select masters of ceremonies based on their creative trajectory, comedic talent, or popularity, giving each event a festive, intimate, and relatable character.

Starting with a big question—what's that movie you've seen a thousand times that left an indelible mark on you?—we build each program. To date, the following artists have served as masters of ceremonies: Nerea Pérez de las Heras, Oro Jondo, Valeria Vegas, Rosa Belmonte, Diana Aller, Lalachus, GER Sanc, Brays Efe, Pupi Poison, Eva Soriano, Ana Morgade, Juan Sanguino, Alex de la Croix, Germán Online, Maestro Joao, Lorenzo Cáprile, Samantha Ballentines, Mariona Terés, Secun de la Rosa, Casquería Fina, Kika Lorace, La Prohibida, Jorge Calvo, Esty Quesada, and Junior Healy.

With DJs livening up the room, a constant invitation to get up from your seat, dance and chat, and the presence of our "anti-go-go dancers", CINE CALIENTE recovers the spirit of neighborhood and summer cinemas in a contemporary key: a night of partying, community and surprise around cinema.
